Welcome to Professional Resolution Services, where we are dedicated to helping you resolve conflicts and reach agreements through mediation. Our goal is to provide a safe and neutral environment for parties to communicate and find mutually acceptable solutions .
At Professional Resolution Services, we understand the complexities of interpersonal conflicts and the impact they can have on individuals and businesses. With our experience and utilizing proven mediation techniques, we will facilitate productive discussions and assist in crafting durable agreements.​

Our mediator, Michele Vaughan, has been a litigation attorney for 30 years. She received her undergraduate degree from Ripon College and her J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School. She also studied at the University of Notre Dame Law School, where she participated in the Legal Aid Clinic, providing free legal representation to underprivileged members of the community. Michele was admitted to the State Bar of Wisconsin in 1995. Michele was also admitted to the United States District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin in 1995.

Michele handles a wide variety of cases from general personal injury to automobile accidents, motorcycle accidents, bike accidents, large trucking accidents, pedestrian accidents, farm accidents, UTV/ATV accidents, dog bites, premises liability, slip and fall, trip and fall, fire/explosion cases, wrongful death and nursing home and long-term care facility abuse and neglect. Michele also handles condo association and HOA disputes.
Michele is also a PDSL and IMI certified mediator. Based on her day-to-day litigation practice experience and her mediation training, Michele excels at bringing parties together to resolve their claims whether those claims are personal injury claims, wrongful death claims, or Condominium Association and HOA disputes.
